Farm Crypto-Buttons

Crypto-buttons (CB) are chamber cash in The Button Room 2. They buy tablet orders: cameras, armor, the Mecha top. Slot Coins are a different wallet. This page is how to print CB without feeding the trap table.

Public how-to-farm clips point at luck machines first, then regular play. Both work. The order matters.

Method one: machines with Slot Coins

Walk to the slot / luck machines. Feed Slot Coins (from codes such as IBUMB10SPZ, UPDATE_WAITER, 50m_visits). Pull. Some rewards dump CB — clips mention spikes around 10,000 on a lucky hit, plus smaller coins.

That is still a gacha. Read luck machines before you empty the wallet. Own a Revive Card. Stop after Commons. Do not pull while you lack a camera.

Codes that grant Slot Coins are faster CB than ten trap buttons, even if the machine only pays small.

Method two: printers

Some wall buttons leak currency per second, sometimes scaled by nearby players. Park on a taped printer after button rules. Leave it running while you photograph a safe. Do not stand on a printer that shares a tile with spikes.

Method three: trader sells

Duplicate Commons, joke melee, extra event junk → crypto-buttons. Never sell paper, plank, camera, scissors, Tape, Revives, Super Potions, or Mecha parts. The trader is how how to get cards turns filler into shop budget.

Method four: just play, then stop

Waves, objectives, and quests drip CB over time. That is slower than a machine spike and safer than unknown buttons. Finish quests that pay coins. Do not extend a wipe-streak “to farm.”

10Mmilestone and similar codes inject CB directly. Paste them. Farming is for after the gear panel is empty.

Spend order

  1. Camera or other missing escape object on the tablet.
  2. Mecha upper part if you are on the boss route.
  3. Armor / rifle only if codes did not gift a laser.
  4. Ignore vanity.

Slot Coins leftover after a CB farm still belong to machines or extra inventory slots, not to the tablet.

When an admin event is live

Printers and machines can jackpot together. That is the only time “spam the machine” is content. It is also when leaderboard chair times die. See admin events. Bank CB, leave.

After you can afford the box

Close the machine UI so you can see traps. Deliveries still need unpacking on the tablet page. If you came here broke after selling a camera, go back to Getting Started and stop treating the trader like a win condition.

Printer etiquette

A printer scaled by player count looks like an idle game because it is one, hiding in a deathbox. Do not AFK on it during a tank wave. Do not trap teammates inside the pay zone. Tape the printer as loot-class so newcomers do not treat it like a skull.

If CB ticks but the tablet is grey, you are on the wrong currency or the shop needs a Tablet card. Fix the device, not the printer.

Diminishing returns

After you can afford the camera and the Mecha top, more CB is vanity. Convert leftover Slot Coins to slots, not to a twentieth Common. Leaderboards do not rank wallets. They rank survivors who sat in the chair or cut a waist key.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers for the chamber, codes, and escape route.

What are crypto-buttons in The Button Room 2?

Chamber cash for the tablet shop. Not Slot Coins. Spend them on tablet orders.

Is the luck machine the fastest CB farm?

With Slot Coins from codes, yes, at the cost of variance. Printers are steadier.

Can I sell the camera for CB?

Never. You need it for how to escape.

Do codes give CB directly?

Some do (10Mmilestone). Others give Slot Coins you convert at machines.
